Maple Square - Work continues on our Franklin project.
Sarah Beth, her husband Matt, Laura, her friend Alex, and Jason have a great day of painting. The kitchen, dining room and master bedroom are all completed. The master bath has a coat of paint, but Sarah though it might need another one. Also, the living room walls are finished, we just need to do the ceiling. One of the upstairs bedrooms was also started.
On Saturday, November 5th, the front yard of our house in Franklin was reshaped by Clive, Carlene, and Sally. An old-fashioned New England stone stair case was also crafted by the trio leading up to the front entrance of the house. They did a fantastic job!
To complete the project, the Lakes Region Habitat rented a Bobcat that was operated by Clive who has been in the excavation business for many years. Carlene and Sally supported the effort with diligent shoveling and raking. The three-person team used their creativity to make the best use of the materials and conditions on the property.
